Back in the Good Ol' USofA

We're in Seattle -- just arrived.  We'll be here until Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 PM, at which time we get on the Amtrak Empire Builder and stay on it to Minneapolis.  Then we'll fly home.  We'll be signing photos of our North America Tour on Friday.

I've been gone before and had problems staying connected with everyone via phone, Internet, or both.  If I ever leave home again, I'm not even going to try to communicate.  I'll just be gone until I return.  I've gotten used to having the Internet so available; but, folks, I'm here to tell you that the Yukon Territory does not care if I have access to my blog.  And, as much as I love all of you, I'm just too cheap to pay almost $1/minute for slow service.

The RCMP officers were really nice, but even they didn't care if we had Internet access.

These photos were taken before the cruise.  We have grown since then.  Turns out that one breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner a day just aren't enough.  Sometimes two of each meal didn't quite satisfy us either.
